iWantLoads respects your right to privacy and is committed to full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013), which governs the manner in which we collect, process, store, share, and destroy any personal information provided to us.

We collect personal information in order to communicate with you and provide services through our website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and telephone channels. Specifically, we collect personal information to:

  • Process, validate, and verify user registrations, load postings, and quotations;
  • Facilitate secure payments and escrow transactions;
  • Comply with KYC/AML verification requirements for the processing of payouts; and

  • Object to the processing of your personal information, where permitted by applicable law;
  • Request the return or destruction of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements; and
  • Lodge a complaint with iWantLoads (Pty) Ltd directly, or with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

5. International Transfers

All personal information processed by iWantLoads is stored within the Republic of South Africa. Personal information will not be transferred to any third country or international organisation unless you have expressly consented to such transfer or it is required by applicable law.
