All users of www.iWantLoads.com (the "Platform") are required to read, agree to, and comply with the iWantLoads Terms and Conditions and this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of either policy may result in account suspension, loss of access to Platform services, and/or legal action where appropriate.
1. Security and Responsible Use
iWantLoads requires all users — both Shippers and Transporters — to use their accounts and the Platform responsibly and in good faith. Any attempt to compromise the security of the Platform, exploit system vulnerabilities, or interfere with the normal operation of services is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the iWantLoads system or any other user's account;
- Forging, falsifying, or manipulating messages, load postings, or Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation;
- Uploading or transmitting malicious files, viruses, or harmful scripts;
- Engaging in fraud, payment manipulation, or any form of misrepresentation; and
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the Platform.
Such conduct may constitute a cybercrime under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (Act 25 of 2002) and may render the offender liable to criminal prosecution, fines, or imprisonment.
2. Fraudulent or Malicious Behaviour
The use of iWantLoads services to engage in fraudulent or malicious behaviour — including the submission of false load postings or quotations, or any attempt to misdirect, misappropriate, or manipulate escrow funds — is expressly forbidden. The Platform does not condone, facilitate, or give rise to any illegal material, transactions, or conduct of any kind.
3. Enforcement and Investigation
Where inappropriate, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected, all accounts associated with the user in question may be suspended immediately and without prior notice, pending investigation.
In serious cases, iWantLoads reserves the right to report the matter to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities. Given the potential legal and technical risks posed by such conduct, iWantLoads expressly reserves the right to deactivate accounts as a precautionary measure in order to protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of all its users.
4. Summary
This Policy exists to protect every user of www.iWantLoads.com. Users are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and respect at all times. In summary:
- Use your account responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws;
- Do not engage in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or any unlawful activity; and
- Treat all other users and the Platform with integrity and respect.
Failure to adhere to these standards will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
